Following the success and the recommendations who came out from the first edition of MEDays; The Southern Forum for a New EMEA, it was decided to expand the thematic of the 2009 MEDays to other regional spheres. For that reason, the second edition of the forum will address the necessity to extend the cooperation between the North and the South within Africa, while including in an operational way, the various political processes in progress in the region.
